Exchanges & Returns
Items must be in new condition with original tags attached (unless faulty).
We’re happy to offer an exchange or refund if the item and its packaging are in original condition, with tags still attached.
We recommend using tracked post for returns, as we’re not responsible for lost parcels.
Gift cards and promo codes can’t be applied to exchanges.
Return Timeframes

Full price items: 30 days from date of delivery

Shipping & Delivery
We want to get your Minti order to you quickly and smoothly. Here's how it works:
Order Processing
All NZ orders are packed and shipped from Auckland. Orders placed before midday are usually sent the same day. Others are packed the next business day.
NZ Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Express Shipping: Available at checkout (where supported)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order leaves us.
Customs & Duties
NZ orders are local — no additional customs or duties should apply.

Minti is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay caused by this website, third-party systems, or courier services.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders without explanation. If this happens, we’ll contact you and issue a refund.
Delivery Issues
Shipping times are estimates only. We’re not liable for delays beyond our control.
If items are unavailable, your order may be sent in multiple shipments. You’ll be notified if so.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct — we’re not responsible for address errors.
Address Changes
If you spot an address issue after checkout, contact us immediately at hello@minti.co.nz. We’ll do our best to update it before it ships — but if we can’t, please refer to our returns info.
Faulty Items
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at hello@minti.co.nz within 5 business days of receiving your delivery.
