Refunds & Returns (Minti NZ)

We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange, as long as your item and its packaging are in original condition with tags still attached.


How to Start a Return

Please email hello@minti.co.nz to request a return authorisation (RA) number before sending anything back.


Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Faulty items can be returned under consumer guarantees

  • We recommend using tracked shipping, as we’re not responsible for lost parcels

  • Gift cards and promo codes can’t be applied to exchanges


Timeframes

  • Refunds (full price items): 30 days from date of purchase

  • Exchanges (full price items): 30 days from date of purchase

  • Exchanges (sale items): 30 days from date of purchase

  • Sale items are eligible for exchange only (not refunds)
