Refunds & Returns (Minti NZ)
We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange, as long as your item and its packaging are in original condition with tags still attached.
How to Start a Return
Please email hello@minti.co.nz to request a return authorisation (RA) number before sending anything back.
Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition

All original tags must be attached

Faulty items can be returned under consumer guarantees

We recommend using tracked shipping, as we’re not responsible for lost parcels

Gift cards and promo codes can’t be applied to exchanges
Timeframes

Refunds (full price items): 30 days from date of purchase
