Shipping & Delivery (Minti NZ)
We want to get your Minti order to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know:
Order Processing
All NZ orders are packed with care and shipped from our warehouse in Auckland.
Orders placed before midday are usually sent the same day. Orders placed later will be sent the next business day.
Pick Up Option
Pick up is not available for NZ orders.
All purchases will be shipped directly to your delivery address with tracked shipping.
Shipping Times & Costs
We offer standard and express shipping options across New Zealand. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
General guide:

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped so you can follow its journey.
Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send an email with your tracking info.

Ordering from outside NZ? Customs charges, import taxes or duties may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
